We started FOURMED during the 2020 supply crunch — when PPE was scarce, prices were erratic, and clinics couldn't tell which supplier was reliable and which was a middleman. Our first month was spent making phone calls to eight manufacturers across three countries, verifying certifications, and figuring out who would still be around six months later.
Today, we import directly from vetted factories in Europe, China, India, and the UAE. Our Al Jerf Industrial warehouse in Ajman holds two months of consumables at any time. We deliver same-day inside Ajman, Sharjah, and Dubai, next-day across the seven emirates. Every product is traceable to a batch and a paper trail.
What hasn't changed since day one: we still pick up the WhatsApp. If a clinic sends us a list at 9 am, they get a quote back before lunch. If something is out of stock, we tell them, and we tell them when it's landing next.
